ASE Test Selects GuideTech as the standard Timing Instrument for the Agilent 93000 Platform

GuideTech Femto 2000 delivers High Throughput Precision Timing Test up to 800MHz on Agilent 93000

SUNNYVALE, Calif., October 23, 2001 - Guide Technology, Inc. The selection of the GuideTech Femto 2000 by ASE Test was based on the Femto's ability to deliver precision timing measurement performance on multiple channels in parallel on the Agilent 93000 test system.
