Innotech Corporation of Japan Joins Equity Investment in GuideTech

SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 22, 2001 – Guide Technology, Inc. (GuideTech), the leading innovator in high-performance time measurement instruments, today announced it has received an investment from Innotech Corporation (Innotech) of Shinyokohama, Japan in a third round of private funding. The investment forms a closer alliance between the two companies and follows a distribution agreement signed in the fourth quarter of 2000. The funds will be used for production of GuideTech’s Femto family of Time Interval Analyzer (TIA) instruments and will support worldwide sales growth initiatives in the semiconductor automatic test equipment (ATE) industry.
