Geotest Announces Strategic Agreement With GuideTech

12/27/2000 Geotest-MTS (Santa Ana, CA) announced a strategic agreement with GuideTech for the design and marketing of PXI Time Interval Counters. Under the agreement, Geotest will re-host GuideTech's family of time interval counters on the PXI platform. The new products will be introduced in Q2 of 2001 and will include four models of 100 MHz and 1.3 GHz Time Interval Counters as part of the GTX2xxx family.

The agreement will allow both companies to use GuideTech's technology with Geotest's PXI and marketing experience and will provide GuideTech with new marketing channels. Geotest, a Marvin Group company, is a global supplier of PXI, PCI, and ISA test systems, equipment, and software. Geotest's products are used in functional test, device test, production test, and board test applications.

GuideTech is a global supplier of precision time measurement products based on advanced Time Interval Analyzer (TIA) technology.
