Policy Electronics Represents GuideTech in Southwest
Company
Expands Sales and Support Business with Strategic
Product Offering
Tempe, AZ, March 9, 2000 – Policy Electronics,
a leading provider of semiconductor test services
and products since1981, announced that it has signed
an agreement with Guide Technologies, Inc. to sell
and support the Femto family of products in the Southwestern
states. GuideTech’s Femto 2000 Multi-Site Time
and Waveform Instrument is a high-speed, precision
Time Interval Analyzer. Jitter, skew, rise times
and frequency of up to 800 MHz signals can be measured
in parallel on eight separate channels. The Femto
2000 instrument is a welcomed addition to Policy
Electronics’ existing product line because
it increases throughput and reduces the cost of test
for semiconductor manufacturers.
